Capcom defends on-disc DLC

The only ones that can regulate this practice is Nintendo, Microsoft, and Sony. They need to publicly condemn the practice. They need to make it a standard that the game released is complete and real DLC must add value. No "horse armor" or cheat codes unless they are free.
