Initially ecstatic over the Wii, then got over it. Then the PS3 and 360, that's died down a bit. I find myself playing PC most of the time being too lazy to fire up any consoles. Most played are still probably my handhelds though.
In terms of tastes I haven't changed, I still play and enjoy literally every single genre of games, except most MMORPGs. Mass Effect and Deus Ex:HR were the first time I genuinely enjoyed the combat in a WRPG though most of the time I'd still go with JRPGs for combat and story and WRPGs for well written dialogue and freedom. Some JRPGs have excellent dialogue and freedom too though, unfortunately rarer than hens teeth.
