If a Vita port could achieve 1 - 2 million sales it would most likely be considered worthwhile. But Vita's userbase is so small that may be difficult to achieve that in the near future.

Its worth testing the water and could be Vita's best selling game.

Definitely. It should be at least modestly successful because of the CoD name.
