Sorry, but this surely not correct... tho most of the rest can easily be speculated based on what we know already and in fact its all in my comparison thread.

Custom built dual-GPU on the same chip, why is that so hard to believe? One medium fast GPU and a second weaker support GPU.

A Radeon 7850 costs $250 and a 7750 only like $100, and AMD hasn't even responded to Nvidias new cards by dropping price yet. By November 2013 equivalents to these GPU's will be dirty cheap to make.

I think anything with this setup would well out of the price range and heat generation anyone will try to achieve if they are 7000 series.
