Xbox 720: Blu-ray inside, always-on netcon required

These are the first specs from the 720 that I've seen that look powerful enough for me. The original Xbox and the 360 were top end when they released. Everyone seems to be suggesting that MS will go the opposite route this time and I'm not sure why.
