The differences are entirely negligible in most cases aside from Bayonetta, Skyrim and a few old titles, and sometimes one version isn't better or worse, just different... Bottom line, you still get to play these great looking multi-platform games with the amazing (and beautiful) exclusive library on top of that... So people should be more than happy with what they got, especially seeing as Xbox 360 to PS3 ports often came with extra content to entice buyers (Eternal Sonata and Tales Of Vesperia come to mind).
Remember the graphical differences between multi-plat games on the PSOne, Saturn and the N64 way back when? Massive difference compared to what we're seeing now... So, who cares? :S
