FFXIII was designed for PS3, ported to 360. Same for any game that was designed for 360 and ported to PS3, would of course be better on the 360.

You seem to be seeing exactly what you want to think, do click on the website Zane has provided. it's not a definitive choice, it is in some selected cases, that OP decided to centre around on, but overall, it's really not.
