Well I don't find it massively funny, I was merely agreeing with Final-Fan's point... I would also assume you are intelligent enough to work out the "May" and "California" are not part of the pun and just legal requirements getting in the way of the word-play though. The brand of car seems to be an Impala (I'm guessing it's not really seen outside America as I haven't heard of it) so that with the custom plate it reads "Vlad the Impala", which is intended to sound like "Vlad the Impaler" (more commonly known as Dracula)
