Sega is in the state it is now because they've failed to make any of their Ips, new and old, as lucrative as the Sonic games. They just don't have the eye for successful Ips the way their competition does. Not to mention they were given a goldmine of Marvel IPs and failed to make those a success and that's mainly due to how bad of a state they were released in. Ironman and Thor are considered to be some of the worst games this gen, the canceled THQ Avengers game looks way cooler than all of Sega's Marvel efforts combined. They would've been better off making decent on-rail games instead of the junk they produced. Sega has no one to blame but themselves.
