Don't know how I missed your quote.  Anyway, I only play it on easy mode which gives you a bit of invincibility whenever the enemy gets your health below a certain point.  During the time I'm invincible, I kick enough ass to regain my power.  Even if it's just a little bit of power regained, the next enemy that knocks me back into the danger zone triggers the invincibility again!  It's like I can't lose.  I've been playing this game frequently for the past few days.  Looks great and plays great and it isn't frustrating at all.
