I'm barely scratching 80% now at the end of Act III (Mephisto dropped a truckload of Rares and 2 Sets xD).

Four socket Perfect Topaz Armor (96%), 34% on Boots, 20% on one ring, 14% on the other, 31% on amulet, 25% on gloves... damn that's 220% not 195%.

220 XD. I still have a long way to go till I get there, though with the Shako I could probably add another 50% to that
