My money's on a new IP since Fable 2, Conviction, Halo Wars, Ninja Gaiden 2 and stuff have all been previously announced. It could be Gears 2, but since everyone's already expecting it it wouldn't be that big of a bombshell, unless they have an insane demo for it...
