Yea, I love parenthesis (if you haven't ever noticed), and a lot of math books from what I remember like to use them too.  I also like to do this... It got so bad when I first started texting that it would auto fill three periods at the end of each of my sentences.  I believe I had to delete my previous text history to make it stop doing that.

I do a lot of periods to. Not sure why I started that tho. Need to stop as it beginning to annoy me.
