Finally looks like someone might actually copy Nintendo with some real improvements to the original. Most of the time the copies are just shallow. LBPK adds some interesting stuff in its creation/modding area that MK has yet to do.
I agree with it being on Vita btw as MK games always push the handhelds as they are perfect for that market. However, at least with it being on my PS3 when my kids ask for it, it will be easy to get.
One thing tho, if it handles similar to the LBP games it will suck. The games are too "floaty" for a kart/racing game. But, I guess we'll see when the demo comes out.
