Yes. I'm saying that his threatening tweet wasn't racist, he wasn't prosecuted for his threats. He was prosecuted for his racism, I disagree with the idea that a person can be sent to jail for making racist comments.

He wasn't sent to jail for making racist comments.

He went to jail because the judge decided it was an appropriate punishment for the crime he pleaded guilty to.

The judge seems more annoyed that the kid wasn't praying for Muamba like the rest of the world was.
