They can't wait a lot to show and (most important) release their new consoles.
A release of more than a year after the Wii U can let Nintendo's new console have a decent third party support. I think it's safe to say that if Nintendo keeps releasing games like 2D Mario, Wii Fit, Wii Party, Mario Kart, etc... and somehow manages to get an average third part support the Wii U can win the new generation.
