Well, first of all Turning Point isn't that great of a game. Second, it seems to me that Dean is referring to potential in general, and not just graphics. Immediately afterwards he said, "Look at Uncharted. Uncharted is gorgeous. I mean not just drop dead gorgeous like the game, and I mean the game play as well…"
