Also, actually thinking about it. Inevitability and healthcare as a right would make it MORE unconstitutional.
The whole argument for why forcing people to buy car insurance is constitutional is that driving is a privilege, not a right.

I mean the law can't force someone to NOT incriminate themselves. In otherwords forcing people to remain silent.
