So new development kits are coming? Then we can assume that the guy who said the Wii U was on par with the PS3 and Xbox had the V4, right? Anyway, we do know that hardware changes after a period of time, but we don't know how much more powerful the development kits are within each other. So before E3(or even after it) anything goes, but we do know it's powerful indeed and always changing, which is good. :)
