Hmm, looks a lot more freaky when you're looking at a bust like that, in the trailer all I thought was "brocolli head", like so many others.
Hopefully they'll manage to keep their "creature" design excellent like this for any possible variations there are in the game enemies.
Off topic: Dead Space also has some freaky ass mosters that spooked me at times, before I memorized their exact starting position!
