This. And also culture more than race. Although it's a fact that some food intolerances are more spread amongst some races, but normally undiagnosed food intolerances take the subjects to denutrition and/or malnutrition, not obesity, and also some diseases, but those related to denutrition and malnutrition, not obesity.
