I'd say it might have more to do with people going crazy with using it right after they got it. Now their time is probably divided up throughout their day instead of all the time because its a new toy and they are showing it off to people they know. That and maybe they didn't buy enough games to keep them occupied or they are waiting out for new titles. I saw 170 one day, and now I get anywhere from 15 to 60.

The reason is its Broken, for alarge percentage and ever groiwing percentage it just says "An Error Has Occured" when trying to use it, worked fine for me the first 2 weeks, then nothing since, so the longer this goes on without sony fixing it the more people it will effect, and the less that will be able to post there data.
Presumably they will fix it at some point, but they could do irrepreable damage if its not soon, enough as i dont even try to sync with it anymore its been broken for that long.
