PS3 if the exclusives it offers tickles your fancy, 360 if you're going to play mostly multiplatform games anyway. The arguments about exclusives flare up in every thread, I wouldn't pay attention much to either sides and just get whatever suits you better financially, as they're practically the same due to extensive 3rd party library.
