Stop ridding livestock with those goddamn hormones and I bet all those typically American cases of extreme obesity will be greatly reduced. Obesity rate will still be high, like in any rich society, but North America is far beyond any reasonable limit, there's something abnormal, as in Europe, even amongst people that eat too much, you can find all the obeses you'd expect, but it's a lot rarer to find so many extreme obeses as in USA.
