I forgot to mention that you need to learn how to take a punch, you don't want to get knocked in the head once and become disoriented.
And like CDiablo said, always keep your hands up when your fighting. Protect your face with your fists and your body with your elbows. People have a tendency to drop their hands when they get tired so make sure you train to keep that from happening.
Although something tells me this is not going to stay a boxing match for long...
