Hopefully, though, a benchpress and kinda fat means he imght only be doing "tough guy" excercises. It may actually be beneficial to simply leap into his arms, wrap your wegs around his chest, and elbow him in the top of the head repeatedly. Your best chance is that he's a "tough guy" and doesn't stretch. |
Well, I forgot to mention I bench pressed all last year but stopped this year because I was getting too bulky. Last year I could bench 185 one time. Now, I don't know my max but I bench 155 about 3-4 times. So yeah, I'm at a disadvantage, but I'm not just bones.
