This sounds pretty bad for you honestly.

a bench press is basically a double fisted punch. So he can probably hit you with 15-20 pounds of force with a medium jab.

How old are you anyways?

Hopefully, though, a benchpress and kinda fat means he imght only be doing "tough guy" excercises. It may actually be beneficial to simply leap into his arms, wrap your wegs around his chest, and elbow him in the top of the head repeatedly.

Your best chance is that he's a "tough guy" and doesn't stretch.
