The problem isn't entirely Xenophobia. Its your continent's obsession with having no children. The Caucasian race in Europe will be dead in a few generations. And with it, all their culture and contributions to society. In a few centuries, there will be no German, no British, Spaniard, or Frenchman.
Despite America's problems, one thing is certain: We have lots of babies. Not just our immigrants, but our Germans, British, Spanish and French decedents. Throw in the fact that most immigrants get Americanized, and we may survive awhile longer. Your continent would do well to try to attract immigrants that are willing to become true citizens and contributors to your nations, rather than people simply there to game the system.
