I don't read the previous comments here but Bioware sells the game using this words:
“EXPERIENCE THE BEGINNING, MIDDLE, AND END OF AN EMOTIONAL STORY UNLIKE ANY OTHER, WHERE THE DECISIONS YOU MAKE COMPLETELY SHAPE YOUR EXPERIENCE AND OUTCOME.”
The end of ME3 kills everything Bioware said about the game.
So I agree with any consumer who wants your money back.
