Well, are you looking to buy a blu-ray player? That could make your decision easier right there...
I haven't read through all of the responses, but based on your OP, the fact that you like action/adventure and aren't interested in FPSs or Kinect, the answer is quite obvious to me... the PS3.
You did say you liked Fable, however, which I personally can't relate to because I don't. But even taking that into consideration I can't imagine that being enough to sway your decision. Along with a little Halo, the only 360 exclusives I personally care for are Alan Wake and Shadow Complex; and The Uncharted series alone runs circles around every 360 exclusive put together, IMO. Factor in God of War 3 (and 1 &2, which run beautifully in GOW: Collection), and Metal Gear Solid 4 and the PS3 is a hands-down win for you.
