I think they should suffer like everyone else suffers. They obviously do not care much about life. They either ran because they want the chance to do it again or they mildly care about their own life.

I think either a slow painful death or a life time in some horrible  turkish prison.  Death just seems to easy of a way out for some criminals. Make the time for smaller crimes less so that we can put tax money into making the real evil criminals actually pay.

Two wrongs don't make a right.

Thus, torturing them is not humane or proper, neither is it fair for society to provide them with permanent shelter and food for ever. This is why a quick, humane death is the best solution for people who simply cannot be allowed to breed and be part of society.
