You have a tendency to be quite concerned about minorities. Like that time you felt the tendency to mention obesity in the Latina thread. Your belief is wrong, really more than half?
Obesity depends on income levels regardless. Non-Hispanic whites in rural areas with high poverty tend to be fatter than those who earn more. Latinos who earn less also tend to be fatter. Not to mention the cheap fat fast food options like McD's, Burger King...etc
Hispanics (28.7%), and non-Hispanic whites (23.7%)
For disease it has to do that minorities tend to lack the proper health coverage and/or lack insurance.
