When you don't have to worry about money, you can eat all the expensive food, which are, generally, healthy.
When you work your ass off to make end meets, you end up grabbing a burger or the like, since you don't have time to cook nor the money to buy the expensive healthy food.

Of course, that's what we're always trying to do...to see the whole picture. No point in studying individuals, because we have to have a bigger sample.

Think about it. You have $5 to spend on dinner, what are you going to end up eating?

And if you have $100 to spend on dinner, you suddenly have vast choices of things you can eat at restaurants that doesn't give you a heart attack.

It's "easier".
