A) Calling Reagan racist is a pretty tough order.
B) In America? Seriously? Name one other country that's elected a racial minority to be head of their country.
The closest I've ever found is Benjamin Disraeli who was an Italian that may or may not have been ethnically Jewish. (But a practicing Christian.)
