2). Knights of The Old Republic 3 (the MMO doesn't count :P)
3). Lost Odyssey
4). Gears OF War 4 or a prequel
5). Half Life 3 or Episode 3

I think that about covers it, but most of the games I want to have sequels, do have them by now (like Hitman for example)
