Which one should I get: PS3 or XBOX360?!

It's an even clearer victory, if you haven't paid much attention to PlayStation before, because there's quite some PS1 classics on PSN that are worth looking into. Graphics and load times might be hard to bear at times though.

Just invest in a 3DS to keep yourself busy until the Wii U releases. Seems to be the best option, because unlike the 360 and PS3, the 3DS won't be redundant for you in a year.

Very true! But I'm holding off of the 3DS until they redesign it and it gets some more quality SW... At the moment I'm mostly interested in OoT and Mario 3d land...
