A game can be expansive and still be casual. Not everything will fit onto WiiWare. Bigger budget casual games would also want the exposure of shelf space.
At the same token, there could be some great stuff for core gamers in WiiWare as well.
In general I agree with you and that's likely what will happen to a large degree, but it'd be foolish to divide it completely along those lines.
