Seven out of the top ten grossing movies of all time have had a 3D release. It's been so successful, they're re-releasing older movies (Jurassic Park, Star Wars) with 3D into another theatrical release. 3D is here to stay, and I don't mind. People once bitched about colour. People once bitched about CGI. People once bitched about high-definition picture. Now people are bitching about 3D. People will probably bitch about whatever the next technological leap is.
