Don't know if anyone has seen this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=467pmIX-oZo

Never forget it's valiant sacrifice! He was the last to hold the line...

Watching that actually made up for Mass Effect 3's ending.

Also wondering if it's possible for Mass Effect 3 to be both my Game of the Year and Biggest Disappointment. My first playthrough easily ranks as one of best (if not the best) gaming experience I've ever had but then came my second playthrough. I'm now starting to see that all the 'trolls' on metacritic might have had a point. I don't think the game warrants such low scores but given that Bioware said they were utilising over 1,000 variables from the first two games why do two of my playthrough that had Shepard perform very contrasting decisions lead to very similar outcomes?

Actually my second playthrough has been a bit different from the first one, mostly because I was a total dick with this character on both ME1 and ME2. I left Wrex, Ashley, Mordin, Grunt, Jack, Thane, Jacob, Miranda and Garrus die and made all the shitty choices as well xD.

I just feeling that some of the major choices in the previous games seem to have next to know impact

The main one so far in my second playthrough relates to who you choose to be the human councillor in Mass Effect 1. Regardless of who you choose and whether they were able to accept/reject Spectre status in Mass Effect 2, by the time of Mass Effect 3 Udina is councillor regardless and you remained/reinstated as a Spectre. So far the only major difference I can see is a few minor differences in character interaction seeing as 1st time around 3 squad mates died in ME2 whilst all survied in my second, Wrex living 1st/dying second and my second Shepard being Renegade rather than Paragon. From there the difference seem to end, and they don't change much.

Oh I didn't like them putting Udina in the Council independently of your choices. As for Anderson leaving it, it's also explained in the Books as does his relationship with Kahlee Sanders (and his past with Kai Leng), but Udina should have been given the boot if your choices reflected a great dislike for him. Though that would have conflicted with the Cerberus coup, as Udina only managed to pull it due to his position and power.
