Anything from grammar/spelling errors to misinformation occurs. And that shows you what they think of their consumers - us. Their "who cares, they're gamers" attitude is unfortunate, but we - the gamers - don't hold them accountable for anything, so they tread on with the status quo cause no one questions them. Maybe an incident like this will give em a slap to the face and have them actually act like journalists. |
To IGN's credit, they call unconfirmed news "reports" or "rumblings" and then go on to write Op-Eds and Top Ten want/don't want lists about said reports or rumblings..........Okay they suck too.
