I think Blizzard games are a league of their own when it comes to longevity of sales. Considering the few releases the games actually have. Diablo 2 had a bundle with the original game, expansion, and guides. Diablo 1 wasn't bundled due to having no expansion. Oh wait you are talking about bundled like game with console...

A diablo: battle chest is its own SKU. It's not counted as a diablo 2 or diablo 1 sale. It's a diablo battle chest. That is not bundling.
Bundling is getting something you didn't pay for and having it count as a sale.
