Who already bought the PS3 are buying games like who already bought the 360 but less people want to buy PS3 intead 360 in Americas.
So simple... there two differents points.
1. Gamers in Americas buy more 360 than PS3.
2. Gamers in Americas buy similar games per console for PS3 and 360.
