They are shit. customer service awful - prices horrible - no trade in value (at least 25% less than the others) - they only do great deal second wekk of each big release.

An interesting concept. Not sure how, DS lite on it's own doesn't go for more then £35 which is what they are selling it for instore at the moment.

Gamestation have a pricematching service, find proove it is better elsewhere and they give you a quid more. But consider it like this, if they matched everything and gave you a quid more then theyr profits on selling the item again are minized, if they don't sell it they are just making a loss. For every person that comes in and gets matched trade in and a quid, there are a few that don't and get what they can, Gamestation make more profit. They are still a high street store though, HMV I doubt is fairing any better on the high street.
