Its pricing which there are undeniably higher on new releases, yes they have deal on older titles. Its terrible customer service on the most part, and its there threating sales pushing, they bombard you with questions even if your buying something, they will ask you to preorder something no less than 3 times, they will try to cross sell you stuff and try to sell you second hand stuff over new stuff. All in all its alot cheaper and less in your face just to buy off amazon, plus amazon like a lot of online shops will deliver games the day before release.
Theyve bullied the publisher in the past and now there on there knees the publisher are just getting there revenge, apparently there not stocking EA games, cos EA wont sell them to them in less than massive quantities that they could never hope to shift. Game bit the hand that fed them along time ago, now its come back to bite them on the ass.
