Alan Wake being on Par with HR because it came SECOND rather than FIRST, yeah that makes sense LOL.
No, Heavy Rain should not be a "graphics" king because I have played the game, I own it. Im actually playing it as we speak. It does NOT look that good and it never did in my eyes. Awards are a showcase of that.

In 2009, Uncharted 2 won at the VERY least 80% of the best graphics awards.
In 2010, God of War III won at the VERY least 80% of the best graphics awards.
In 2011, Uncharted 3 won at the VERY least 80% of the best graphics awards.
Thats all you need to know. The top 3 tier, the holy trinity. With The last of us from ND coming and a potential God of War IV.. "yay".

Like I said fool, its about majoritiy of opinions that actually have a fanbase. Small or not, if they own a domain and have been in the buisness for over 5 years, they are relevant. Stop cherry picking sites and accumulate them as a whole. Gears 3 at #2? I want maaany sources bro. "Most articles I read say", Are you hanging too much on xboxfanboy.com? UC3, UC2 and GoW3 having engines optimized for the PS3 look all better than Gears 3's UE3 for the 360. Its' not rocket science. Its the same reason why each year a Gears comes out, it gets overshadowed by Uncharted. The fact that God of War reached a similar amount of graphic awards is because its almost if not , on par. Although I'd argue that two Uncharteds have given ND the edge over Santa Monica ( perhaps GoW4 will solve that) then again theres always TLOU on the way.
But let me put it this way. You said it yourself: UC3 is nr 1. Now I know you keep going on about "its not THAT BIG OF A DIFFERENCE", but you're saying it yourself. Its number 1. Period. Well there you go. PS3 has the best looking game at the moment. Lets leave it at that :).

All im saying is Gears has never won as many awards as both Uncharteds despite being released on the same year. Its not even CLOSE.

Those 3 are in a league of their own buddy. If theres such a "little" difference that it comes down to opinion, its very funny that Gears barely gets any love ^^.
