Is the global combining all three? ..because...the other graphs were a timed alignment based on the actual time it's been out. It seems, you've instead shrunk the difference between the global launches. So, whereas the other graph shows that psv is doing better AT THE MOMENT, yours is showing that comparitively OVER TIME it is doing worse.... Which makes the point of the thread is that a person can make a graph showing anything depending on their agendas. |
... you have that backwards. This one if pure data. No agenda at all. It shows how the PS Vita is doing in each separate region against the PSP. Likewise it shows how it is doing globally with each region lined up to give a fair comparison.
The other graph wasn't a timed alignment based on actual time it's been out at all. It was aligned based on how long it and the psp had been out in Japan.
If you want you are welcome to believe the othe graph is a good representation however just wait till the Vita hits 4 and 10 months on that style of chart. Suddenly it will look even worse as it will be comparing normal monthly sales against launch sales.
As Rol pointed out the graphs on the main page are for a large part for global Vita sales against Japan only PSP sales......
