Two things that I consider lazy on BioWare's part, and are not spoilers, lack of bots for Co-op and PC version's controls. I am also annoyed by them not hiring Mordin's original VA, plus some other issues with VAs, but those would be spoilers.
On the subject of multiplayer, I have heard that there are secret characters that can be unlocked, among them a Volus Adept. Take this it a grain of salt since there is no actual proof, yet. Source
