ROl always has to make everything dififcult...

Okay so:
.You select units/groups and give comands with a top-down view on the touch screen. The fighting happens close up on the big screen.
.Using the circle pads you can zoom/look at the battles from all sides on the TV screen.
. Buttons on the controller can be used for certain hotkeys, like rallying and dispatching of troops.
Not sure what relevance the accelometer, gyroscope, microphone (voice commands?) and camera have for RTS games. Maybe we will see with Pikmin 3.
Maybe they could do Co-op where a person with the Wii U controller does all the above while a person using the wiimote + nunchuk plays as infantry/vehicle in 1st/3rd person mode . Or better co op/competitive play if two Wii U controllers are possible.
