I didn't say dumbed down, did I now? I said made to take advantage of the controller. The touch screen + stylus/fingers + controller features + two different screens to play with gives alot of head room for RTS games.

Like I said, PC will still have its' advantages thanks to all those keyboard keys and mouse, but that set-up has its' own unique advantages as well.

And stop telling me about high speed RTS. We both now most RTS gamers on PC don't play by pressing 100 - 300 keys per minute (can you even do it?). That's mostly  hardcore professional Koreans who play competitively for money and a few guys from other countries. Hardly representative of the rest of the market. Last time I checked people don't need to play like the pros to have fun playing an RTS game.

People need good controls to have fun playing an RTS game though.

I don't get why you are pushing the Wii U controller for RTS games anyway. It's inferior to what could be pulled off with the IR Pointer of the Wiimote, because that controller is far closer to a mouse than a touchscreen.

Micro management and commands can be done much better on the Wii U controller than with the wii mote.

Pikmin 3 wasn't moved to WIi U for just HD graphics.
