but Kony has an army of children soldiers. His rebels kidnap them, turns them into soldiers, makes them kill their parents, makes them mutilate other people and what not

he's been doing it for over 20 years and he does it for no real reason

Because he isn't #1 on "America's" (it's actually the FBI's) Most wanted list. Semion Mogilevich is. Kony was the first person to be indicted by the ICC.
